The games come quickly, and Liverpool FC will travel to London to face Brentford on Saturday night in English Premier League action.
Ryan Gravenberch missed out on the midweek Champions League fixture against Frankfurt after limping off in the defeat to Manchester United with an ankle problem.
According to the Daily Mail’s Lewis Steele, “the 23-year-old is hopeful of being fit to face Brentford” on Saturday. And to be fair, this was Gravenberch’s second fitness setback of October, with the player already having to fly home early from Netherlands duty due to minor hamstring discomfort. Perhaps, if Arne Slot is feeling cautious, we may see Ryan on the bench instead of Saturday.
Wataru Endo is also back in contention after a recent injury ruled him out of a Japan camp over the international break.
Goalkeeper Alisson Becker continues to work his way back and will not be available. At the same time, Alexander Isak and Jeremie Frimpong are likely to miss out after picking up injuries in action against Frankfurt.
